Classes generally comprise of:
10 min warm up.
Strength and conditioning
individual moves and combinations
progression photos / videos if required
Or Stretch and Flexibility.
Aerial classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate or advanced.
Pole fitness classes are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
Stretch classes are suitable for all abilities
Please inform us of your current aerial level when booking and make sure you complete the class registration form here after paying for your class, as failure to complete the form prior to class will result in time being lost whilst you complete, or no class.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid loss of payment. Cancellations made within 24 hours can be re-scheduled for an alternative date.
Only one re-scheduled appointment can be made.
