Aerial Hoop, Aerial Cube, Aerial Rope – August week 3 – CirqueFit Aerial Classes Leyland
Its been a while since the aerial rope has been out so we used it for strength and conditioning in this weeks aerial hoop and aerial cube class. And for those who were a little more advanced, they tried some inverted aerial rope moves.
I think we will be seeing more of the aerial rope for strength and conditioning, it won’t harm everyone to build up strength having a climb every week!
We also played with a new move on the aerial cube. From an outside diamond hocks hang we manoeuvred (some of us easier than others ha!) through the cube to push up into a lovely bendy move.
